The Harvest Ritual
The bracelet is a physical object. These practices are what give it meaning. Each one takes less than thirty seconds.
Before automatically agreeing to another request, touch the focal bead and ask:
"Is this mine to carry?"
One question. One pause. The bracelet is the physical cue that makes the pause automatic.
→ You don't have to figure it out. You just have to pause long enough to ask.
As you fasten the bracelet, say once — aloud or silently:
"Today, I receive as consciously as I give."
→ The intention doesn't have to feel true yet. Say it anyway. That's how it becomes true.
