How to wear it with intention. The bracelet is a physical object. These practices are what give it meaning. Each one takes less than thirty seconds.
Name What Is Yours
Hold the bracelet before putting it on. Take one slow breath and ask:
“What am I feeling before the world tells me what to feel?”
Name the answer without analysing it. This gives you a reference point for returning to yourself throughout the day.
